Parineeti Chopra an Indian Bollywood actress who made her debut with a supporting role in Maneesh Sharma’s film Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. The film made her win National film award and Filmfare award. Parineeti Chopra then worked in movies like Ishq-zaade and Shudh Desi Romance. She is also associated with big brands like Nivea, Maaza, Kurkure, Wechat, Pantene, Spinz and Mahindra.
Parineeti Chopra was born in Ambala Haryana. Her father Pawan Chopra is a Businessman and mother Reena Chopra a Housemaker. From her childhood itself she never wanted to go for acting and always wanted to become an investment banker. She was a very studious child till 12th standard and always used to get good rank in class. She got first position in her SSC exams across India and was even awarded by Pratibha Patil ( then president of India)
Parineeti Chopra has completed her studies from London but because of the economic recession she couldn’t get a job for herself there so she came back India and started working with Yash Raj banner as a PR consultant. While she was working as a personal assistant to Rani Mukerji who suggested her to try for acting. When she was signed for a 3 film deal with Yash Raj Films she weighed 86 kg but soon she lost 25 kg for her role. Her first film was Ladies vs Ricky Bahl starrer Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma.
